Dear: Gerda Weissmann my name is Cire' Copeland and I am writing this letter to inform you on how i felt when you made the decision to not stay in Sosnowitz.
I was very confused when you decided to turn down Abek's families invitation for you to come live with them. I thought you were going to accept the invitation since you knew how much they sacrificed getting that working permit for you.I didn't understand your reasoning for turning down the invitation. Even after your friend Iise told you to go, not to pass up the opportunity.
I think even if you would have accepted the invitation you wouldn't have had to marry Abek. If you would have just explained to him that you didn't love him and that you didn't want to hurt him by marrying him. I think he would understood and still wanted to be apart of your life as a friend.
